Production Process at Flores El Olivo
At Flores El Olivo, excellence begins in the soil. Our production process focuses exclusively on the Freedom variety, a red rose internationally recognized for its color intensity, perfect bloom, and durability.

1.
The cycle begins with the adaptation of the substrate, ensuring an optimal balance of nutrients and controlled climatic conditions. We use selected cuttings of Rosa Freedom, planted using highly efficient agronomic techniques.
Land preparation and planting
2.
Phytosanitary maintenance and monitoring
During its development, each plant undergoes rigorous agronomic management that includes technical irrigation, balanced fertilization, and biological pest and disease control, prioritizing sustainability and product quality.

3.
Selective harvest
Harvesting is carried out manually by qualified personnel, who carefully evaluate the degree of opening, color, and stem firmness. Only roses that meet international standards are selected for export.

4.
Classification and post-harvest
The flowers undergo a process of hydration, cooling, and sorting based on stem length, bud opening, and overall condition. Here, the top-quality roses for export are separated from those destined for the domestic market.

5.
Packaging for export
Exportable roses are packaged under controlled temperature and humidity conditions, complying with international phytosanitary requirements. Certified materials are used to preserve freshness and prolong vase life.

6.
Logistics and international shipping
Finally, the product is transported in company trucks under ideal temperature conditions and then by air to international destinations, especially to demanding markets such as the United States, Europe, and Asia, under logistical protocols that guarantee the product's arrival in optimal condition.
